About Olivia Lukaszewicz

Olivia is an Adelaide based Accredited Practising Dietitian, having completed a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University. She has clinical dietetic experience working in one of Adelaide’s leading public health hospitals where she provides specific dietary advice around disease management, food intolerance and weight loss.

Olivia also has a particular interest in sports nutrition, which stems from her own experiences as a professional tennis athlete. She gained her Post Graduate qualifications through Sports Dietitians Australia, having completed the Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport. She is a strong believer in maximising sports performance through optimal nutrition. This brings about a passionate approach in educating her clients and assisting them in reaching their peak performance levels.

Tennis Achievements:

  • Was a full time South Australian Sports Institute (SASI) and Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) scholarship holder between the ages of 12 and 18
  • Achieved a junior International Tennis Federation (ITF) world ranking of 37 aged 16
  • Achieved a Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) world ranking of 525 aged 18
  • Represented Australia in the Federation Cup
  • Competed in the Australian Open women’s event aged 15 where she played the then world number one, Justine Henin, on Rod Laver Arena
  • Captained the Flagstaff Freighters to an Asia-Pacific Tennis League National Title in 2013
