Olivia is an Adelaide based Accredited Practising Dietitian, having completed a Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University. She has clinical dietetic experience working in one of Adelaide’s leading public health hospitals where she provides specific dietary advice around disease management, food intolerance and weight loss.
Olivia also has a particular interest in sports nutrition, which stems from her own experiences as a professional tennis athlete. She gained her Post Graduate qualifications through Sports Dietitians Australia, having completed the Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport. She is a strong believer in maximising sports performance through optimal nutrition. This brings about a passionate approach in educating her clients and assisting them in reaching their peak performance levels.
